Security USA®, Inc. rigorously screens all tenant relations staff, which is key to our mission of achieving your goals and exceeding your expectations. Lobby attendants, who are experts in concierge services, guest relations, and tenant interface, are carefully selected for your location. In suburban residential areas and large multi-building communities, mobile patrols by golf cart or vehicle are often recommended. All doormen and attendants undergo criminal background checks and substance abuse tests. Senior employees are trained in CPR, fire safety, and first aid, and are also skilled in fire exit safety and evacuation measures.

Remote and Automated Solutions

Cost-effective remote-controlled or automated technologies are often the right solution for small to mid-sized residential buildings. Our state-of-the-art systems can be installed at the front door or lobby to supplement a full- or part-time doorman or to control entry 24/7.
