  • T-89 Temporary Fire Life Safety Director: T-89 is the Temporary Fire Life Safety Director certificate category. FDNY states that a Temporary Fire Life Safety Director is required in any hotel or commercial building that has a Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan but is not currently required to file a Comprehensive Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plan.
