The hospitality industry, along with its hotel and motel guests, requires robust security and safety measures, and Security USA® is committed to providing them. All of our potential officers are screened to ensure they possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Many of them are multilingual. We maintain a rigorous training program that results in licensed officers capable of detecting and preventing potential threats to life and property using advanced surveillance techniques, being alert for planned acts of terrorism, detecting criminal activity, and being prepared for any emergency, including fire, natural disasters, medical situations, and power failures—all while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism. Many of our officers are CPR/AED certified and can be deployed as needed.

Our Fire Guards and Fire Safety Directors (Class J-1) are trained in accordance with local laws and regulations and are licensed to work in hotels and motels. Their specialized duties include, but are not limited to:

• Notifying building occupants in the event of a fire
• Assisting with building evacuation during emergencies
• Coordinating with the fire department during safety operations
• Maintaining an up-to-date Fire Safety Plan
• Supervising the floor wardens
• Conducting fire safety drills
