Dedicated Account Management & Operational Oversight

Every client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who oversees daily operations and serves as your primary point of contact. Each account is also supported by a Dedicated Scheduling Coordinator responsible for officer scheduling, shift coverage, vacation relief, emergency replacements, and staffing adjustments to ensure uninterrupted service. Our field supervisors conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance visits to verify that officers are meeting performance standards and following post orders.

To ensure every account receives continuous attention, we conduct weekly operations meetings attended by our Account Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Command Center Operators, field management, and the Chief Operating Officer. During these meetings, we review every client account, discuss incidents and operational issues, evaluate staffing, identify areas for improvement, and implement recommendations that strengthen security operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
